These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stone & Co website at stoneadvisory.co.uk and the tools and content we make available on it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you formally engage Stone & Co as an advisor on a transaction, that engagement will be governed by a separate engagement letter — these Terms do not apply to that work.

What this site is — and what it isn't
This site provides general information about Stone & Co, our services, and the UK lower mid-market for M&A. It includes free diagnostic tools — the Exit Readiness Audit and the Valuation Calculator — and editorial content in our Newsroom.
The information and outputs on this site are provided for general guidance only. They are not, and should not be relied upon as, formal valuations, transaction advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer or invitation to enter into any transaction.
The Exit Readiness Audit produces an indicative readiness score. The Valuation Calculator produces an indicative valuation range. Both rely entirely on the information you provide and on published benchmarks; neither produces a formal valuation or a binding view of any kind. Specific decisions about your business should be made only after taking proper professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
Using the site
When you use the site, you agree:
To provide accurate information when you complete our forms or tools
Not to use the site or its content in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful

The outputs of the site, including the Exit Readiness Audit and Valuation Calculator, are indicative only and may not reflect what your business is actually worth or how prepared it is for a transaction. Real transactions involve many factors no automated tool can capture.
