Your free full valuation

A full valuationbefore you commit to anything

Every conversation starts with a full valuation of your business, prepared by a partner from your accounts and your operating figures, and it is free whether or not you go on to sell with us.

It sets out what the business is worth today as a range, how we reached that range, what a buyer will look at first, what could move the price over the next year or two, and who is likely to buy a business like yours in your area.

Why ownerssell with us

We are a boutique firm specialising entirely in healthcare, and we take on a small number of sales at a time so that a partner can lead every one of them from start to finish. Alongside our network and anonymous listings, we go out and find the buyer, approaching the operators, groups and investors most likely to want your business with a message written for each of them.

Upfront fees across the care sector typically run from a few thousand pounds to around £20,000, with success fees of roughly 3% to 5%. We keep ours at the lower end of that range at the start, so the fee you pay is weighted towards the result.
